We have a long term relationship with a leading gold recovery company, Placer Recoveries Inc., who has over two decades of recovery experience and with over 40 recovery sites, ranging from 50 tons per hour to 1500 tons per hour. Through testing development together we have designed and fabricated many recovery systems over the years from the Yukon throughout the Rocky Mountains. From screens, crushers, sluice boxes, trommels and grizzly feeders to conveyors we work side by side in sharing technology and experience.

MSI Duplex Gold Jig

MSI Duplex Gold Jigs, Gold Concentrators; shown is our 50 inch Duplex roughing jig. As gold concentration unit, has a capacity up to 56 tons (37 yards) of solids per hour, with water consumption 150 to 300 gallon per minute (5.67 - 1134 liter per minute) and has the capability of gold recovery to 400 mesh (37 Micron or .037 Millimeter) accompanied with a cleaner jig, and finishing equipment. A typical installation of this unit would be installed with our 100 ton per hour wash plant, because the jigs only receives 1/2 inch or smaller material which is usually about 40% of the wash plant total input.

MSI 4-Plex Gold Jig

MSI Gold Jig configuration shown above utilizes gravity separation, our 50 inch 4Plex roughing jigs and the 36 inch cleaner jig underneath, in gold recovery this unit has a capacity up to 112 tons (75 yards) of solids per hour, with water consumption 350 to 650 gallon per minute (1325 - 2460 liter per minute) and has the capability of gold recoveries to 400 mesh (37 Micron or .037 Millimeter). A typical installation of this unit would be be installed with our 200 ton per hour wash plant, because the jigs only receive 1/2 inch or smaller material which is usually about 40% of the wash plant total input.
